Great product, I've been taking sea moss for a while now and came across this brand and thought I give it a shot, I wasn't disappointed, it provides the same amount as the more expensive ones. I feel a little more focused and my energy is not on the ground anymore, definitely give it a try. Only thing I don't like is that there's a strong plastic smell, don't know if it's the pills or the packaging, great otherwise.

I like the tablets. I take two every morning. I feel really good. I don't feel as bloated as I have before. And I've been able to resist a cold with the weather change these last couple months, which is different for me.

I am just finishing my first month with seamoss; originally taking it to help heal my gut from a horrible SAD diet. I know it'll be a long while to fully heal my digestive system but I have noticed less burping and less bloat which makes for a more comfy tummy. I used to bloat super bad when I ate anything healthy or not; the past week I haven't bloated at all. So I'll be keeping these in my vitamin routine. Also, I've noticed my skin softer!!! Added bonus since I'm perimenopause and my body just fully out of whack.

So far I have not had any side effects from product. I have enjoyed taking it instead of the gel, I have felt better since taking Advanced Sea Moss capsule. I also like the fact that they are made in the USA.
