"I have been taking Berberine in the AM & PM along with my other diabetes meds. The only con I would say is that when I put the capsule in my pill case it makes all my meds yellow. I think the capsule is not well sealed so the powder leaks out. Also it is bitter going down due to the bitter melon ingredient."
