"After I watched a youtube videoabout omega 7, I started taking this supplement, however the item at the end of the film was $50! I was like, "nahh," so I looked for another omega 7, but this one is fantastic. I didn't really take it to lose weight, but it does reduce my appetite. I do not feel sluggish at all, and I am on my second bottle! It's been a month since I started using it. I prefer taking two capsules, but you can take justone capsuleif you choose. If you want to do some omega 7 research, this is a fantastic option! There are no negative side effects if you take this with your other supplements.
